LA ARQUITECTURA NAVAL ENTRE 1650 Y 1754. APROXIMACION
A LOS ASPECTOS TECNOLÓGICOS Y SU REFLEJO EN LA CONSTRUCCIÓN
EN GUIPUZCOA.

RESUMEN:
El presente trabajo, pretende ser una primera aproximación al estudio
comparativo de la Construcción Naval entre 1660 y 1754, época
de grandes cambios en el que la definición de un nuevo tipo de
buque, el navío de línea, y la adopción de soluciones
estructurales adecuadas para su construcción sufren continuas transformaciones.
Estas transformaciones tienen lugar de una manera progresiva, pudiéndose
distinguir cuatro períodos, de características bien diferenciadas,
que a su vez pueden ser divididos en varias etapas.
SUMMARY:
The present work, seeks to be a first approach to the comparative study
of the Naval Construction between 1660 and 1754, time of big changes
in which the definition of a new ship type, the line ship, and the adoption
of appropriate structural solutions for its construction suffer continuous
transformations.
These transformations take place in a progressive way, being able to
distinguish four periods, of characteristic well differentiated that
in turn can be divided in several stages.
